Frequently Asked Questions
Here’s a list of common questions that customers have asked us before.
How Much Will I Get For My Mobility Scooter?
Usually the scooters we buy can go anywhere from €5o up to €1000 depending on the age, condition and model of scooter.
What Brands Of Scooters Do You Buy?
Most of the brands we buy would include Drive, Pride, Kymco, TGA, Sunrise, Invacare, Sterling, Rascal, FreeRider and more!
Is There Any Types Of Scooters You Don’t By
We will not touch brands of scooters like Green Power and similar 3 wheeled mobility scooters, they aren’t a proper mobility scooter.
Surely I Can Get More Selling Privately?
There’s no doubt you could get considerably more selling privately. Once you’ve dealt with the dozen of random phone calls and 40 questions, you may sell it to someone – but you’ll end up working for it! Selling to us can literally take 5 minutes with ZERO hassle.
What If The Batteries Are Dead On The Scooter?
Batteries are extremely expensive and therefore a scooter with a dead battery will get a much lower offer compared to a working one.
What Else Do I Need To Have?
Ideally every scooter we buy needs to include the original charger, front basket and at least one key.
Would You Take a Scooter That’s Older Than 5 Years Of Age?
If it’s an older scooter in exceptional condition or something we could use for parts, we may put an offer in for it.
What If There’s a Fault On My Mobility Scooter?
If the fault on the scooter is reasonable to fix, we may still be interested in buying it less the cost of parts.
Do You Buy These “All In One” or “Suitcase” Scooters?
We’re interested in some of the suitcase style scooters, mainly brands like Atto, Pride etc.
Do You Buy Other Items Like Electric Wheelchairs or Profiling Beds?
Currently we’re only interested in standard mobility scooters ranging from medium to large size.
